No matter how you view it, the people who you think are the closest in your life at the moment can be just PRETENDING to be genuine to you. No matter how sincere you are with the friendship you give to them, you just can't trust that they'll give you the same in return. You can NEVER please everybody. They pretend that they really like you a lot, but in reality, they don't. You BELIEVE you get along with them really well, but for them YOU STILL DON'T BELONG.
The true attitude of a person really comes out not in happy moments, but in stormy ones. Sad but true. Here's what you gotta do: You don't have to force them to like you. You have to face it. Don't pretend. Stay true to yourself. One day they'll realize that it's the friendship you're offering them that's worth keeping.
