How to Keep Your Fridge Last Longer

Most of the people have refrigerators in their houses. But there are things to consider in buying a fridge and on how to make it last longer.

  • In purchasing a fridge you have to enquire about the refrigerator filters and the quality of their filtration system.   -- Refrigerator filters are neglected or ignored that they are very essential if you are getting drinking water from the fridge. It’s just not safe to rely on drinking tap waters nowadays. Polluted water has been causing a lot of different illnesses today.
  • Change the water filters every six months or what is recommended.
  • Regularly clean the drip can and the drain hole.
  • Clean the gaskets to prevent some mildew.
  • Clean the condenser coils every three months or once a month if you have pets.

It may seem hard to do these things but we better be safe than acquire an illness caused by drinking a polluted water. And this will help you keep your fridge last over the years.
