B-meg vs. Ginebra: My Second PBA Experience

As part of the plan, we went to Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City to watch the 2011 PBA Governor's cup last Sunday. We were still enjoying the rides at Enchanted Kingdom when we contacted two of our friends to buy PBA tickets and to reserve seats for us. Thank God they were able to buy tickets. Actually, that was my second time to watch the PBA games. But that was like 14 years ago with my dad. And I'm glad that I got to watch again with my friends this time. And we are somehow 'lucky' because it was B-meg vs. Ginebra. Half of us are fans of B-meg and the other half for Ginebra.
So here are some photos of our PBA experience.

Forgive me. It's blurry.

Here are my friends: Rio, Justin, and Leah.

WW: Paper Toys

Last week, my boyfriend and my niece had their playtime together. My beau made a simple paper airplane and gave it to my niece. She enjoyed it a lot. Then she suddenly requested Mark to make more paper toys specifically a frog, dog, heart, and polo shirts. :) So my bf immediately made those since he was in the mood folding those papers. :)
The polo shirts. Czeska said the small one is hers and the large one is his dads. :)
Next is the dog. The most complicated paper toy of all. ;)
Last is the frog. And yeah, it jumps when you press the tail part of the frog. :)
I will take a picture of my niece and my boyfriend while playing with it next time. :)
Happy Wednesday, friends! :)

Home and Lifestyle Shows: One of my Favorites

When I have the time to watch TV, I often watch home and lifestyle TV shows because these kind of shows help, inspire, and give brilliant and amazing ideas to their viewers about home improvement, home decor, how to grow a garden etc.. They even teach their viewers do-it-yourself stuff such as making a stool, repairing a leaky faucet, or painting your own bedroom with your favorite color by yourself.
One of the things I usually get excited to watch is when they allow their viewers to take a peek of the famous celebrity mansions. They usually feature a remodeled house or a newly-bought house with customized furniture. The most recent customized furniture I saw on TV were the customized 'jeepney' bed of a famous celebrity host/actress's son and her friends' custom hot tubs. Talking of hot tubs, aside from the bedroom, the bathroom is one of the favorite places I want to see. I just like to see how organize they are with their bathroom. I want to see what shampoo and soap they use, if they store towels for themselves and for guests, how big their hot tubs are, and all those little yet other uncommon stuff we don't normally see from the lower class.
Do you like home and lifestyle shows, too? Which do you prefer: to watch a home and lifestyle show or to watch a reality TV show? And did you also know that you can get an interior design degree online? Check out interior design schools online so that this can probably help you acquire some skill in interior design.

Hair Loss: How Do You Deal With It?

How well do you take care of your hair? Are you afraid of losing your hair? If so, how do you deal with it? It has always been said that the hair is one's crowning glory, especially to women. It may be long or short, blonde or brunette, straight or curly, it doesn't really matter as long as the hair is healthy. But what if you are one of the people who are suffering from hair loss?
Need not to worry anymore. Thinning of hair and hair loss is manageable and treatable, nowadays. There are a lot of easy, affordable, and safe ways to prevent the hair from losing all the way.  However, you need to know the causes why you're suffering from it. Some of the said reasons include stress, anemia, weak immune system, and hereditary factors.
But if you really think that it's that serious already and it's causing you to slowly lose your confidence and lower your self-esteem, then visiting hair transplant experts will be such a good idea for they will be the ones to give you advise on what is best for your hair.

The Soundbar Speaker System for Your HDTV

Are you looking for a soundbar speaker system which perfectly fits your HDTV? There are several high performance soundbars hitting the marketplace today. You just have to choose wisely. If you are good in scrutinizing things, then you can apply it with this.
What is a soundbar speaker system, by the way? This system consists of two parts speakers. The first one is the slim, single soundbar speaker that can be typically mounted on the wall or be placed near your HDTV or your component because it has a built-in keyhole slots. And the second part of this is the subwoofer speaker which enhances the low audio frequency of the sound. They provide the high quality of sound that we need while watching our favorite DVD even when we are not near our television. This system comes in different packages (wired or wireless) that fit your own style. The installation is designed and customized to make it easier and quicker which allows us to enjoy the full blast of sounds, just like in the movie theatres.
So now that you have an overview about it, a piece of advice, make a brilliant decision in choosing the best soundbar system for you.

Tuesday Travels: Our Trip to Malaysia

I super duper love to travel. I actually grew up traveling forth and back to Cebu and Cagayan de Oro City since my pop is from there. Then came the boom of air fare promos (thank God), it made it easier for us to travel anytime we want to unlike before that we need to be aboard the ship for like 8-12 hours.
Fast forward. On August 5th, 2009, my mom went to Malaysia for a 5-day convention. Then my sissy, BIL, my niece and I followed her in August 8th. Whoa! It was our first out of the country vacation so I was always like in a ecstatic feeling. We all get that feeling especially it's our FIRST. Here are some photos:

A pose outside the famous Petronas Towers.
Here's another one.
The KL Tower. It's actually a communication tower, if I'm not mistaken. :)

These are the places you can see inside the KL Tower. We weren't able to eat at the Revolving Restaurant because we lacked time. It would've been great. However, we still enjoyed a lot while in the Observation Deck.

A view of the Petronas Towers. (forgive me, the photo is blurry)

These are just two of the must-visit places in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. So if you wish to visit Malaysia, never miss visiting these places and take pictures for memorabilia. :) I'll be posting in my other blog the place where we stayed. :)
By the way, this is my entry for Wednesday Whites and Tuesday Travels. Will visit your blogs later. : )
