Accutane for Acne Treatment?

What's Accutane, basically? It's a powerful drug used for acne treatment. According to my research, the usual patient takes it for about 4 to 6 months but some need more and must be retreated for additional months. Taking medicine with food increases the medicine's absorption. The greater the chance of cure if the more Accutane a person takes. Unfortunately, it has been known that Accutane has side effects. That's why a lot of people filed  accutane lawsuit. Here are some nasty side effects a person may get: chapped lips, muscle pains, dry skin and itching, dryness of nose, depression, thoughts of suicide, hair thinning, and it may also increase the level of blood fats. And the most damaging side effect of Accutane is serious birth defect. Pregnant women must not take this or must be aware of its side effect if they try to take it. So, would you still take Accutane for an effective acne treatment or would you think about its side effect first before taking it?
