Mellow Yellow Monday

This is a restaurant in Cebu. The first time I heard it's name, I was kinda like wondering what kind of place is it...But! ...When we arrived at the place, it was totally different with what I imagined. The place is so cozy, elegant, and whoa, the foods are so delicious, kinda expensive, though...The place is like a jampacked concert. And mind you, the people coming in and out of the place weren't just locals (mostly those who can really afford) but there are tourists, too. So, if ever you can visit Cebu City, try to eat at Chika-an sa Cebu.
